I just stumbled upon that picture. It perfectly illustrates the face structure of Kate Moss. She is considered to be a gracile woman, but nonetheless has a robust bone structure as you can see in this image.
What is strange is that when you look at her at a younger age... she didn't seem to have this structure. People loose facial fat as they age for sure, and it is particularly noticeable on women that have more fat in the cheeks than men.
Kate Moss was discovered at age 14, and it's interesting to note that bone growth happened late in her growing phase.
Young Kate Moss. Face structure is gracile, the strengthening of the bone structure happened at 14+ years of age. She really got that "model" look when the facial structure fully developed. Here she is just average... cute but common.
